Our Event Planning Process

Our goal is to give you the most priceless gift by making this process as efficient and enjoyable as it should be. We only take on a few clients each year to ensure you get the best from our team. The party starts with us; the story continues with you.

4 Step Event PlanningProcess

  • Initial Engagement

    We begin with a consultation to get to you know. Since we only take on a limited number of projects each year, this initial interview is crucial.

  • Planning & Design Stage

    We begin planning your event right away. Our design team will set a foundation meeting to establish the scope of your event, your goals, and any challenges. On your behalf, we will collaborate with a team of creative vendors and will create a design deck as well as tailored proposals. This is also when when we'll set a financial meeting to go over any expenses and event contracts for your approval.

  • Production Phase

    Once you approve the design plan and proposed budget, we enter into production. Your event producer places orders and finalizes proposals while your team of vendors reserves inventory and builds custom installations. This is where the event details come to life!

  • Event Management Begins

    This is when our production team takes over. They handle any logistics and create a schedule for each member of your team of the big day. Together we'll schedule all the final details and review the run-of-show. Then, it's the big day!

  • Our team of expert planners are at our best when we are building any kind of event from the ground up, we can transform any space imaginable and specialize in events with challenging logistics. We make the impossible possible.
